Roof coating is commonly mistaken for a sealer when in fact roof coating is only a protector. Roof coating alone will not seal your roof to a water tight condition. When trying to actually seal the roof 2 coats of asphalt emulsion can be used and then 2 coats of roof coating can be applied. This will create a seal on your roof surface and the coating will protect against weather conditions. |
